Our newest beer is a Bamberg-style rauch dunkelweizen brewed for the 2016 World Beer Cup. This smoky, malty, German wheat beer has hints of clove & banana. Brewed with our traditional Weihenstephan yeast. By design this brew is unclarified giving it a cloudy appearance. 5.5% ABV 13 IBU
