Kim Ames Kim Ames

Kim is originally from Watertown, NY and has lived in the Adirondacks for about 10 years. She graduated from Plattsburgh State in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art and Photography, which she frequently uses at the Pub. If you've ever been to the Pub and happen to see a chalk board covered in the newest beers on tap, chances are Kim designed the art that is displayed, and it changes all the time! Kim spent two summers working in New Mexico on a trail crew, building hiking trails at Philmont Scout Ranch. Backpacking, hiking, swimming, boating, traveling, back country and downhill skiing, and spending time with friends and family are just a few of the many things Kim enjoys.Kim has worked at the Pub since fall of 2007. She was promoted to management in the fall of 2011 and enjoys every minute of her time spent at the Pub. It's the people, it's the place to be and work, and it's her family, and home away from home.

Jackie Clark Jackie Clark

Jackie has been working at the Pub since 2004 and became part of the management team in 2006.  Jackie is the proud mother of 2 young girls, Emma and Madelyn.  When not at the Pub she also teaches skating for the Learn to Skate program for the Skating Club of Lake Placid.   In her spare time, she enjoys running and going to the park with her girls.

Neil Donnelly Neil Donnelly
A native to the North Country, Neil began bartending at the age of 17 by catering weddings. After working several different jobs in the automotive field around the U.S., he got back into the trade during college at 26 years of age and started at the pub in 2007. Working only seasonally as a bartender, he also worked as a Forester and Conservationist in the Rockies for six years and did automotive work in Montreal for a season in 2012. Asked back to the pub that winter, he has worked full time since and was promoted to management shortly after. When not enjoying the pub he spends most of his time outside skiing, hiking and paddling in the beautiful 6 million acre park we call home.
Stephen Kroha Stephen Kroha

Stephen has been working at the Pub since 2002 and was promoted to General Manager in 2005.  He enjoys overseeing all aspects of the business and takes special pride in being able to fix almost any machine at the Pub.  During the winter months when Stephen is not working, he enjoys cross country skiing in the endless forest that surrounds Lake Placid.  During his free time in the summer, Stephen spends most of his free time out on one of the many rivers and lakes in the Adirondacks in search of big fish. He even catches one every now and then...

Kevin Litchfield Kevin Litchfield

Kevin has been the brewer at the Pub since August of 1999. Having had no prior experience in the brewing industry, Kevin worked at the Pub for a number of years under the guidance of various brewers, before taking the helm of brewery production in May of 2004. He enjoys the art and science of creating top notch, award winning beers and the satisfaction you get from crafting a product that so many people enjoy. In his free time, Kevin enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, camping, running, cycling, nordic skiing, and triathlon. He is a 5 time finisher of the Lake Placid Ironman, and is currently on a life long quest of completing a marathon in all 50 states, with "only 41 to go".

Scott Preston Scott Preston

I have been working at the Pub for the past three years now, and have been running the kitchen for the last two. Working at the pub is a very special thing to be a part of. Even when we are not working we are going to each other's houses, bowling, golfing, and even on vacation together. This is what makes the Pub so great, we are all like a big happy family. When I'm not working I enjoy playing my guitar, hanging out with my kids and pretending I know how to play golf. I hope to see you all soon at the Pub and you have a chance to meet our great staff and of course try our fantastic food and beer.

Josh Spanburgh Josh Spanburgh

Josh has been part of the pub family since the summer of 2002.  Josh moved to Lake Placid in 2001 to teach and coach at The Northwood School, but he was quickly introduced to the Pub by a fellow teacher, and the rest as they say is history.  Josh has had the unique honor of working for both the Pub and the Lake Placid Craft Brewing Company.  Josh is considered (by Josh) to be the spiritual leader of the Pub family, the Pub guru, and is famous for creating Josh’s Fire Fish, one of the Pub’s most popular dishes.   Josh graduated from Hamilton College (in 2000) in Clinton, NY., and is the proud father of Sophie Marie.
