Tickets for 2012 Barleywine Night Selling Quickly!

There are only a few tickets left for our annual celebration of big, strong beers.  Join us Wednesday May 16th for a night of aged beer tasting and food pairings, accompanied by a discussion of the beers, focusing on the techniques of brewing and aging strong beers.  This year we will have 7 unique aged beers on tap, in addition to our 6 regular beers. We will be showcasing 5 vintage Barleywines including the last keg of the '05 Barleywine (now 7 years old!). In addition, we will be serving an aged Scottish Wee Heavy, Imperial IPA, and a few other surprises.

These fine beers will be accompanied by an array of gourmet foods that pair well with the flavors of strong beers. Our chefs have designed some exceptional dinner items as well, and yes, the ubu braised short ribs will be back again this year.

Tickets are $50, and are available online at Ubuale.com, or from the upstairs bartender at the pub. Tickets are limited and will sell out quickly. We will not be reserving any tickets this year, so make sure to purchase your tickets soon.
