New Menu Starts April 19th!

Our new spring menu starts today.  Swing down to the Pub for some great new items like Spinach Strawberry Salad - baby spinach topped with strawberry slices, sliced roasted almonds, and feta cheese crumbles, with a homemade poppy & sesame seed vinaigrette; Tuscan Chicken Sandwich - char-broiled chicken breast topped with artichokes, roasted red peppers, pesto mayo, melted provolone and mixed greens, served on a fresh ciabatta roll, with tortilla chips; Roasted cucumber sandwich - thinly sliced cucumbers seasoned, roasted, and then cooled, served on a fresh grinder with a Greek-style yogurt sauce, with fries; or a Tuna Melt - albacore tuna salad with Swiss cheese and tomato slices, melted inside fresh whole wheat bread, served with fries. And the return of one of the Pub's orginals, The Colorado - char-broiled chicken breast, sliced, and topped with sautéed green peppers and onions, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, & melted pepperjack cheese, on a fresh grinder, with tortilla chips.  Available with Cajun chicken too.
